Amigurumi Chicken Class
An introduction to the basics of amigurumi with a cute and simple chicken! Learn how to read a pattern, practice working in the round continuously, increase, decrease and learn the magic ring technique.
All students will use Knitting for Malabrigo Rasta yarn in class. Please purchase your yarn when you register for the class by following this link: Purchase Yarn Here.
Your Teacher: Rachel
Skill Level: Know how to single crochet, work in the round, and increase
Tools: Students will need an 8mm/Size L crochet hook and a tapestry needle, both of which can be purchased from Peninsula Flock Knits at the first class.
Included with class is an accessories kit that contains enough black, yellow and red yarn to make eyes, beak and comb, and polyester stuffing.
Class Times: 11:30 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday 2/7 and 11:30 am - 1:30 pm on Saturday 2/14
Dates: 2/7 and 2/14
Class Size: 5 students (age 16+) maximum. A minimum of 3 students must register and pay for the session in order for the session to be held.
Fee: $105 for one 2.5 hour class on 2/7 and one 2 hour class on 2/14
Yarn: 1 hank of Malabrigo Rasta yarn. Please purchase HERE before 1st Class starts. Students can purchase more yarn later from Peninsula Flock Knits if they need it.
