Handwoven Natural Black Luxury Wool Throw Blanket with Cranberry Stripes

This handwoven luxury wool throw blanket is made from natural black wool, just as it was on the sheep, with dyed cranberry stripes. Throws have both our WRF logo and the Swans Island Blankets logo embroidered in the corner. All of our blankets are hand finished with silk edges.

The edges are finished in silk. Throw Blankets are housed in linen boxes. All of Wild Rose Farm's blankets come with either a monogram of a rose or the letters WRF for Wild Rose Farm, as well as the Swans Island weavers' mark, that can only be done by hand on a handloom which serves as a seal of authenticity. The result is no ordinary product, but the culmination of a process and a lovely example of American craft.

Swans Island offers a blanket hospital for cleaning and repairs of all blankets.  Instructions for repairs, piling and cleaning with be shipped with the blanket.
