REGISTRATION: In order to participate in Peninsula Flock Knit's 2025 Knit-Along, you will need to register at the bottom of this page

PATTERN:  Peninsula Flock Knits' first Knit Along features a stunning design by Ksenia Naidyon (LifeisCozy.com).  We will be knitting Ksenia's beautiful Cinna Top, which can be either a crop top or hip length.   If you purchase a Knit Along Kit, it will include the pattern.  Otherwise, you will need to purchase the pattern separately, either in person at Peninsula Flock Knits or online from Ravelry bv clicking here.

KNIT ALONG KITS: We are partnering with Peninsula Yarn (PeninsulaYarn.com) to offer Knit Along Kits ($70.00) that will include 2 skeins of Peninsula Yarn’s Cotton Wool yarn in a select set of colors plus the pattern for the Cinna top (Click here to purchase a Knit-Along Kit).   Knit Along Kits must be ordered by June 12.  You can purchase additional skeins of matching yarn to make larger sizes by clicking here. 

Kits will be available for pickup at Peninsula Flock Knits’ store starting on June 21, 2025. You can also choose to have your Knit-Along Kit shipped to you for a small shipping fee. If you purchase the Knit Along Kit, you will be eligible to participate in the Gatherings and Help-Sessions described below for no additional chage.

OTHER WAYS TO PARTICIPATE: You can also participate using yarn purchased from Peninsula Flock Knits or any other yarn you have. If you purchase at least $70.00 of yarn from Peninsula Flock Knits between April 26th and June 27th, you will also be eligible to participate in the Gatherings and Help-Sessions described below for no additional charge. If you choose this option, you will need to purchase the pattern separately, either in person at Peninsula Flock Knits or online from Ravelry bv clicking here.

 

GATHERINGS AND HELP SESSIONS: Maddy and Harry will be hosting 3 Knit-Along gatherings at Peninsula Flock Knits from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on June 28, July 12, and July 26 (Saturdays). Participants who purchase a Knit Along Kit or purchase at least $70.00 of yarn for the Knit Along from Peninsula Flock Knits between April 26th and June 27th, you can register to participate in these KAL Sessions for no additional charge.  If you do not purchase a Knit-Along Kit or purchase $70.00 of yarn from Peninsula Flock Knits, you can still participate in all three KAL Sessions by purchasing a Session Pass for $30.00 (click here to purchase a KAL Session Pass).  Unfortunately, our store space is limited and we need to limit participation in these KAL Sessions to 20 knitters.

RAFFLE AND PRIZES: Peninsula Flock Knits will be holding a raffle on August 16 for participants in the Knit Along for the following prizes (you do not need to be present at the raffle to win):

One $50 Gift Certificate from Peninsula Yarn  Four $25 Gift Certificates from Peninsula Flock Knits (valid for yarn purchases only)

Participants in the Knit Along can receive raffle entries as follows:

	Each participant who registers for the Knit Along prior to August 9th will receive a raffle entry.
	Each participant who purchases a Knit-Along Kit OR purchases $70.00 of yarn from Peninsula Flock Knits (between April 26th and June 27th) OR purchases a KAL Session Pass will receive an additional raffle entry.
	Each participant who completes their Cinna top at least to the 80% level (we are relying on the honor system here) AND posts a picture on Instagram AND links their post to the Peninsula Flock Knits Instagram account (#PeninsulaFlockKnits) will receive an additional raffle entry.
