Please note: We recommend purchasing enough yarn to complete your project, as each bag belongs to a different dye lot, and skeins may vary—even within the same bag. To ensure even color distribution, alternate between two skeins every few rows.

While Malabrigo uses the same dye formula for each batch, the hand-dyeing process means that colors may vary from one lot to another. These variations can be subtle or very noticeable, especially in variegated colorways. After passing through Malabrigo's quality control team, skeins are labeled and packed into bags of five or ten (depending on the yarn). Once they reach the store, skeins from different bags may end up mixed on the shelves.

Color images are for reference only. Due to the hand-dyeing process, color tones may vary slightly from skein to skein.

Any order greater than 5 skeins will be mixed dye lots. Some colorways do not have dye lots. We will do their best to choose the best matching skeins for your order.

Please contact us with any questions or concerns about working with hand-dyed yarns.

The colors shown on photos are illustrated as reference, as mentioned above, they can differ on more or less of one tone, due to the hand-dyed process.
